    Buyer Beware!, May 17, 2015

This review is from: Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men, Mens Daily Multivitamin Supplement with Vitamins C, D, E, B12, 240 Count (Health and Beauty)
I just received a bottle of 240 and the vitamins are half the size of the same product I’ve been using the last two years. The advertisement says reformulated with 1,500 IU’s of Vitamin D, but what it does’t mention are all of the ingredients they took out. Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc are 20 – 70 % less, but for me that’s not the issue. The multivitamins (which I can much cheaper elsewhere) did’t make this product. For me it was the “blends” like the Phyto Blend (27 natural ingredients) and Viro Blend (10 natural ingredients) and the Amino Blend (8 amino acids). Each if these blends have been reduced in quantity by 20 – 85%. No wonder the dang pill is half the size. No reduction in price though, of course. I have trusted and relied on Optimum Nutrition for years but for me, this is a big red waving flag. I don’t know where I’ll go next, but if any of you have ideas, please let me know.

Lowered my energy bill, April 12, 2017

These made my pee turn stark yellow. Like to the point where it gave off light. In fact, I bottled up my piss and hung the bottles from the ceiling and no longer even use my house lights. I just hang up my bottles of piss when I need light. Saved me a few hundred a year so I cant complain.

In all seriousness though, these make me feel great. I personally take 2 a day instead of the 3 (3 seems a bit much) and it definitely gives me a boost for both working out and just day to day functions. Do be warned though, you might have radiant piss if you take these.

Does what it supposed to do.
Its a good supplement and I use it everyday. It gives me energy for most of the day. I rarely catch the cold when using this.
I also workout 3 to 4 times a week and this proves to be a good supplement for recovery.
Urine will be green, but of course this is because of any unused Vitamin B which is normal.
